Camper Readiness

To ensure success, children must:

Be fully potty trained during daytime hours
Participate in group activities without 1-on-1 support
Be respectful, safe, and emotionally ready for full-day activities

We cannot accommodate children who require individual supervision or have ongoing behavioural challenges.

Pickup & Drop-Off

Pickup: 7:30–8:30 AM at designated neighborhood locations
Drop-Off: 4:00–4:45 PM at the same locations
Extended Care: Available until 5:30 PM for $20/day (perfect for working parents!)

Parents or authorized guardians must be present and on time at pickup/drop-off spots.

Illness Policy

Please keep your child home if they show signs of illness
If a child misses multiple days due to illness and you provide a doctor's note, you may receive credit toward a future week (space permitting)
No refunds are provided for individual sick days

Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds for missed days or behaviour-related dismissal
Full refund available for cancellations made 15+ days in advance (minus $25 admin fee)
No refunds within 14 days of your camp start date
No make-up days for single-day absences

Behaviour Expectations

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive group environment
Unsafe, aggressive, or persistently disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal without refund

We always have indoor "Plan B" activities ready! Rain or shine, your child will still have an amazing, action-packed day. We might visit museums, trampoline parks, escape rooms, bowling alleys, or indoor climbing gyms.
